Discharge From The Liability By Allowing Additional Time
If the Holder allows the acceptor of a Negotiable Instrument a period of more
than two days, exclusive of Public Holiday to consider whether he/she will accept the same, all prior parties not consenting to such allowance
are thereby discharged from the liability to such Holder.
